RICK OWENS PARIS FASHION WEEK

This is a dedicated article to my dear friend LUCIA MASENADORE, italian friend by the way, she told me about RICK OWENS and his extravagance designs, I have to say that Lucia as an authentic italian girl, knows everything about fashion and really loves it, besides that her family in Italy make all the shoes of the Rick Owens collections. In this fall-winter 2011 collection you can see some leather jackets, skirts and boots, I can say that they look amazing, maybe all together is too much for a normal person but  the  collection has many pieces that can be used during the  next season for anyone who wants to look cool and edgy.

Este artículo se lo dedico a mi querida amiga LUCIA MASENADORE, italiana por supuesto, conocedora y amante de la moda,ella me habló de RICK OWENS y de su colecciones extravagantes, las cuales conoce muy bien ya que su familia hace todos los zapatos de sus colecciones en Italia. Para  esta colección OTOÑO-INVIERNO 2011 presentó varias piezas de piel, chamarras, faldas y botas; aunque sus diseños en conjunto son too much para una persona normal, hay piezas que cualquiera puede llevar la próxima temporada si quieres lucir moderno y super cool.

LADY GAGA IN PARIS FASHION WEEK

Yesterday in Paris LADY GAGA appeared for the first time in the runway; this took place during the FASHION WEEK in the THIERRY MUGLER SHOW COLLECTION F-W 2011.She tweeted: "I'm making my debut as a runway model, walking in the MUGLER PARIS FASHIONSHOW 3/2. I directed the show music, [and will be] previewing [new song] 'Government Hooker". She looked great walking through the catwalk (with super high platforms)with a white dress designed by Nicola Formichety who has created LADY GAGA´S STYLE.  

Por primera vez Lady Gaga aparece como modelo en la pasarela, esto fue durante la semana de la moda en París en el desfile de la marca THIERRY MUGLER,cuyo diseñador es Nicola Formichetti creador  del "estilo GAGA" 

MILAN FASHION WEEK FALL 2011

Now is the turn of the MILAN FASHION WEEK FALL 2011, in which the experts go not just to see what´s new but they also decide what to buy for the main stores around the world. Here is my resume of the Italian designers,all of them felt great at home and they really got all the attention, great collections with  bright colors and a mix of textures, graphics and platform shoes; they will be IN during the FALL-WINTER 2011.

En la a SEMANA DE LA MODA DE MILAN los diseñadores Italianos brillaron (literalmente) con sus diseños y atrajeron la atención de los expertos quienes no solo van a ver las nuevas propuestas sino que deciden que será lo que las tiendas comprarán para la próxima temporada; los colores brillantes y las combinaciones de telas con gráficos, además de los zapatos con plataforma se seguirán usando el próximo otoño-invierno 2011.

VANITY FAIR THE OSCAR PARTY

As you know each year VANITY FAIR celebrates the OSCAR winners with one of the most cool parties of the year in Hollywood, after the ceremony this is the place to be for all the celebrities.You can see even more stars here because they dont have to be nominated or anything like that,the red carpet is still there for them to show their best outfits, besides the superficial thing, celebrities support the cause against AIDS and have a really good time. Take a look and decide who looks great and who needs help.

Después de la ceremonia de los OSCAR se celebra una de las mejoras fiestas de Hollywood durante el año, VANITY FAIR festeja a los ganadores y reúne a más celebridades que en la misma entrega ya que aquí pueden asistir todas las estrellas aunque no hayan sido nominadas a ningún premio para mostrar su mejor cara y apoyar  a una  buena causa.Checa quienes se lucieron en la alfombra roja y quienes de plano fallaron en la elección del vestido.
