Is great to see that CHRISTIAN COTA is getting the attention of the fashion world, he is extremely talented,this year he presented his fall-winter 2011 collection in New York Fashion Week , now MARIE CLAIRE includes him in the list of the most cutting age designers, like one of the six who are changing the face of fashion.When you see his collection you feel like fresh air around you, just take a look.

"LEIGHTON IS A quintessential NYLON girl"says editor-in -chief Marvin Scott Jarret,who has shot all three of her NYLON covers (tha second was for the premiere issue of NYLON MÉXICO in ´09).For this shoot  her favorite items  included a silver Burberry jacket,an ALLSaints sequin ikat skirt, and all the strappy shoes. She is in the new MISSONI campaign Spring 2011.She has a natural American beauty,extremely talented, loves fashion and she´s working in a new album; by the way, she is learning to play the guitar also.(I just loved the green nail polish of this photo shoot, she did too¡¡)

LEIGHTON  es una consentida de la revista NYLON y esta es su tercera portada desde 2007 cuando apenas iban a transmitir GOSSIP GIRL, después en el 2009 volvió para la primera edición de NYLON MÉXICO y esta vez regresa para platicar de todo lo que hará este año, como ser la imagen de la campaña PRIMAVERA 2011 de la marca MISSONI,su nueva película THE ROOMMATE y sus planes de lanzar su primer disco; además se confiesa adicta a la moda,sus favoritos: L.Vuitton,Marc Jacobs,Proenza Schouler,Dior,Céline, Prada etc,etc... Chequen su color de uñas, fue una de sus cosas favoritas de esta sesión junto con una chamarra Burberry dorada, la falda de ALLSaints y todos los zapatos, (por cierto que tiene pies pequeños y le encantó tener tantos pares para escoger).

Ya les tengo el resumen de los mejores vestidos de los GRAMMYS 2011, que se celebraron el domingo pasado y en los cuales hubo de todo como siempre ya que en estos premios las celebridades optan por usar algo más relajado y moderno (aunque algunos se pasan). Pero, aquí les traigo una muestra de que lo moderno no está peleado con lo elegante , he aquí las mejores vestidas  o las que si le atinaron al look para la ocasión, ustedes decidan . XOXOXO

He aquí la colección PRIMAVERA-VERANO 2011 de mi diseñador favorito Marc Jacobs,inspirada en los años 70´s e influenciada por colecciones de YSL (según algunos críticos), podrá gustarles o no pero lo cierto es que este hombre es un artista inalcanzable que hace varias colecciones al año y logra darle gusto a todas y todos sus seguidores. 

Take a look to the SPRING-SUMMER 2011 collection of Marc Jacobs my favorite designer. It is inspired by the 70´s and also influenced (according to some critics) by YSL collections, you may like it or not but the truth is that He is an incredible artist who designs many collections each year and still surprise us with new stuff.
